Instructions 1: Preheat the oven to 160°C fan bake and lightly grease a medium baking dish. 2: In a bowl, mix all of the Saucy Minx, 60g melted butter, and 1 cup milk until a thick batter forms. Spoon into the baking dish and spread evenly. 3: Sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup of cocoa powder evenly over the batter. 4: Carefully pour 2 cups boiling water over the back of a spoon onto the batter. Do not stir. 5: Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top looks set. 6: Serve warm with ice cream or cream and enjoy!
